1. FAMILY LAW: This area of our practice includes manywills, estates, contracts different types of legal problems such as dissolution of marriage (divorce), child custody, adoption, child support, alimony, distribution of marital property and debts, paternity, modification actions, restraining orders, name changes, and termination of parental rights.

2. PERSONAL INJURY: We represent people who have suffered injury or death caused by negligence or intentional wrongdoing. We represent people who have been injured or damaged in automobile accidents, slip and fall accidents, medical malpractice cases, and product liability cases. Our office will represent you in a personal injury case on a contingent fee basis, which means that you will not pay any attorney's fees unless a recovery is made for you.

3. ESTATES, GUARDIANSHIP, WILLS & TRUSTS: In addition to estate planning and preparing Wills and Trusts, we represent people in the probate of estates and in establishing guardianships, whether voluntarily or due to incompetency. We prepare Living Wills, Medicaid Trust Agreements, and Living Trusts.

4. BUSINESS LAW: This area of our practice includes setting up corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies. We can prepare custom business contracts and represent your business in the prosecution or defense of business litigation. We also handle debt collection cases.

5. BANKRUPTCY: We can represent you in Chapter 7 & Chapter 13 liquidations.
