Meet Our Attorneys

Geoffrey A. Planer has represented individuals and businesses in North Carolina since 1974. He is a past member of the panel of Chapter 7 trustees and is frequently asked to share his bankruptcy insights by leading continuing legal education (CLE) seminars.

A resident of Gastonia, Mr. Planer is active civically and is a member of First Presbyterian Church of Gastonia, where he has served as a deacon, elder and led Bible classes. He and his wife have two grown sons.
